1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of health and beauty supplements, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

The product must not be damaged or tampered with
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit only.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with proof (photo/video).
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
